		<description>FYI: almost all the triathlon info sessions/workshops I have attended do NOT recommend aerobars unless you are at the Ironman level of riding. Sprint and olympic distances really don&#039;t require aerobar use and most people need time and training to learn to ride safely with them.</description>

I don&#039;t do much of it with my outdoor runs or bikes though. Seems like you have been getting some of this into our workouts though. Off to my run soon, see you Monday!</description>
